This year marks an exciting milestone for the category, as all eligible venues must have embarked on their sustainability journey using the brand-new Sustainability Toolkit for Brighton and Sussex restaurants – a groundbreaking initiative developed in partnership with the University of Brighton and Restaurants Brighton.
