Their story began as the family run fruit and veg wholesaler, Tastables.
Brighton-based, supplying East Sussex & the surrounding areas with the best quality produce on the market utilising a lot of produce from local suppliers in Sussex.
Premier Fruits purchased the company and continued to serve the local hospitality trade, until 2020 where Premier Fruits and Absolute Taste joined forces to form The Menu Partners.
With an ultimate desire to work directly with farmers, growers, using regional and local suppliers to provide the best dining experience for all.
A commitment to seasonality has always been a priority and with their own procurement team constantly in touch with chefs, they provide expert insights on the finest in-season locally sourced ingredients.

The Menu Partners Brighton are part of a national network of depots. With locations in London and Bicester also. These strategically located depots are purposefully built with state-of-the-art development kitchens, office & warehouse spaces to BRC AA Grade accreditation.
The Menu Partners cater for a wide audience of customers across the UK from Michelin-star restaurants, private members clubs and pubs to even your favourite major restaurant chains. Our Brighton depot takes the reins on all local business with a depot built of local people who care about the food industry around them.
