Brighton Gin was founded in 2012 by Kathy Caton and epitomises the Spirit of Brighton: fun-loving, open-minded, fiercely independent and ethically conscious.
Based at the city’s first (legal!) distillery, a small team of friends and family produce multi-award-winning Brighton Gin in small batches just a pebble’s throw from the sea. As well as distilling the gin itself by hand, every bottle of Brighton Gin is filled, wax-sealed and labelled by hand! It is the UK’s first vegan certified gin and is crafted using only the finest ingredients, including 100% organic wheat grain spirit, which lends the gin its signature creamy smoothness and light zestiness in the glass.
